- Children
- Those who are with infants and toddlers are limited to stay in Ozu, Mizoguchi, or Kurosawa, Imamura Room.
- Infants and toddlers (up to 5 years old) can stay in above rooms free of charge when sharing a futon bedding with their parents or guardians, or if bringing in their own crib.
- Any children will be counted as adults if they require dedicated sets of futon bedding.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in Time: 15:00 – 21:00. Late check-in fee will be charged @1500 yen/hour/room after 21:00 plus @1800 yen/hour/room after 22:00. Please notify us in advance.
- Check-out Time – 11:00. Late check-out fee will be charged 3000 yen/hour if approved.
- Cancellation Policy:
- There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays.
- No refunds are given due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or canceled flights or ferry, change of plans, etc. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency.
- If you canceled it by 2 days prior to your reservation date, we’ll refund the 100% without any fees. If you canceled it on the day before, or the very day of your reservation date, we will not be able to refund the advanced payment and it will become the cancellation fee.
- Parking:
- We have limited, but few free-parking spaces available, one-two minute walking distance from Uno Port Inn building. It is operated in first come, first serve bases. Please let us know if you wish to reserve a space at the time when you book a room. (In case all slots are full, we’ll direct you to the 500 yen/24 hour coin-parking nearby Uno Port Inn (also, one-two minute walk).
- No Smoking:
- We have a strict No Smoking policy on premises. Failure to adhere to the No Smoking policy will result in a 30000 yen room cleaning charge.
- Room security and daily cleaning:
- Here at the Uno Port Inn, the security and your privacy are our top priority. Therefore, please note that we will NOT enter your room to clean without your permission or request. If you want any of the services below, feel free to request it at the front desk. There will be no additional charges.

- Any additional cleaning beyond normal housekeeping (such as but not limited to wine, make-up, blood, and personal lubricant stains) will be billed a minimum charge of 5000 yen plus any additional services as necessary.
- No Pets:
- Though we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our rooms.
