COVID-19 Update (2/1/2022)

 

Uno Port Inn is continuously monitoring the impact of COVID–19 and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local governments and the local health authorities in the countries we operate in, to continue working towards providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guests and associates, within the requirements issued by such local authorities.

 

  • Our commitment to health, safety and security
      1.Public Space:
       Anti-bacterial hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout all areas of the hotel.
       2.Cleaning Protocols and Sanitation:
       We have increased the frequency of deep-cleaning and disinfecting all common areas, public spaces and guest rooms with an emphasis on high-contact surfaces such as front desk check-in counters, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, handrails, dining surfaces, seating areas, chairs and more.
      3.Staff requirement wearing Masks all time:
       All staff members are wearing protective masks all service time. We carefully monitor staff’s health conditions to eliminate any chances of unaware infection spread.

  • Extending change and cancellation fees policy
      We are extending our cancellation policy to provide further flexibility to help you make travel decisions.

       

      ★Existing reservations booked prior to June 1, 2020
       Existing reservations booked before June 1, 2020, for arrivals through December 31, 2020,
       

    • Option 1) In case you’d like to cancel 14 days prior to the reservation date, we will refund full deposit minus 10% cancellation fee.
    • Option 2) In case you’d like to postpone your trip, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 18 months from the original staying date.

      Please note: These policies apply to reservations made through us directly. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

     

    ★New reservations booked June 1, 2020 or beyond
     With some very limited exceptions, reservations booked directly with us on June 1, 2020 or beyond – for arrival dates through December 31, 2020 – can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. (100% cancellation fee applies from 24 hours prior to the day of reservation date.)
     
    When you make an online reservation on this site, you’ll be directed to pay an advanced payment (without the payment, your reservation will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours) If you canceled it by 24 hours prior to your reservation date, we’ll refund the 100% without any fees.

     

    Please note: We may adjust this cancellation policy during some high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or special events). When making reservations, guests are always encouraged to review the rate rules, which show the current cancellation and deposit policies for all properties and rates, to ensure they understand the cancellation and/or deposit rules for each reservation.

     

    • UPINN Cafe – Changes of service hours/ Breakfast
        Our guest lounge, UPINN cafe, is continued to be available for the regular hours during your stay. However, due to the extremely less numbers of customers as well as a temporarily shortage of our staff numbers, we must limit service hours as follows:

         

        ◆ Period:
        Effective June 1, 2020 ~ until further notice
        ◆ Breakfast:
        Available from 7:30 ~ 10:30
        ◆ UPINN cafe:
        Food/Drink service is available from 7:30 until 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
        Please note: Some menu items may not be available.
